By using Dagplanner ("the App") you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Description of the service

Dagplanner is a daily planner application that integrates with Google services (Google Calendar and Google Tasks) and Firebase to help you organise, plan and manage your tasks and productivity. The App also provides a shared shopping list feature powered by Firebase Realtime Database.

2. Account requirements

To use the App you need a Google account. You are solely responsible for securing your account credentials and for all activities that take place under your account.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the App exclusively for personal and/or professional task management purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The following is not permitted:

Using the App for illegal or unauthorised purposes

Disrupting or undermining the operation of the App

Circumventing or attempting to circumvent security measures

Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling the App

4. Google integrations

The App connects to your Google account to read, write and delete data in Google Calendar and Google Tasks. By authorising these connections, you grant the App permission to perform actions in these services on your behalf.

You can revoke this permission at any time via your Google account settings. After revocation, the App will no longer be able to communicate with your Google services.

5. Firebase integration

The App uses Firebase Realtime Database (a service of Google LLC) to store and synchronise shared shopping lists between users in real time. By using the shared shopping list feature, you agree that the list items and your username are stored in Firebase. This data is only used for the purpose of sharing lists with other users you choose to collaborate with.

Firebase is subject to Google's Firebase privacy policy.

6. Data management

See our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data. The App processes all user data in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability of the App, but cannot guarantee that the service will be available or error-free at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the App temporarily or permanently.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights relating to the App (including but not limited to code, design, logos and texts) are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose.

9. Liability

The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

Loss of data resulting from use of the App

Unintended changes to your Google services caused by use of the App

Damage arising from unavailability or errors in the App

Indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by revoking your Google connection and deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App in the event of a violation of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms of service are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms. You will be notified of significant changes via the App. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
